Some areas need a touch- up,toilet area, door would not close, sink round drain was dirty and noisy at night. The car park costs are confusing. it say residents £5 overnight. We took car to visit relatives, so don't know if you have to pay during the day if you left it there until you left? pricing should be on the booking system.

Top Tip
If you are going to a show you can take your car and park across from the SECC at the ship for free. It only takes about ten mins to drive there from the hotel. There were lots of people trying to get taxis. If you want an evening meal you might want to book as there are pre-show dinners and are usually fully booked for big shows. There are lots of good eating places in around Sauchiehall street. We went to Nandos, excellent.

the hotel could do with a lick of paint in the rooms.The tea cup in our room had a large chip out of it,we were short of hand towels and the hair dryer was broke.The staff seen to these problems quite well.

My friend got her purse with 100 pound stolen from her bag attached to her shoulder.In a popular pub in glasgow.

Very shabby room. Broken fittings in bathroom. Dirty sticky mess on carpet. Pool out of order. Extremely disappointing

Breakfast buffet slightly cold and staff did not clear dirty plates from our table after we'd used them yet a lot of staff on and not busy Great hotel otherwise! Would stay again.
