The hotel was lovely and in an ideal location. However my room was cold as the window would not shut and the heater did not work, even after complaining nothing was done about this. The shower did not work nor did the iron. Very dissapointing. Did complain again on departure as I am not happy about paying for the stay and is was awful but they said the Manager would get back to me!! Very unhelpful!!
