Traveller from Lymington stayed in July,2007

1.Missed not having a comfortable lounge area away from the room. 2.Would rather have room ventilation available than running air-conditioning constantly. 3.The hotel was very, very quiet - excellent. 4.Bad service experience from a male receptionist on a Sunday morning when we found the hairdrier wasn't working after my wife had already washed her hair. Not a good start to the day! The breakfast arrangement was generally excellent, except it took far too long to be served special order fried eggs. We had finished the rest of the breakfast by the time they arrived. On another morning my wife was served the most inedible mushroom omlette we've ever seen. These little grumbles apart it is still a very good hotel and we would certainly use it again.

Very good choise of restaurants in Princes Square Shopping Mall just a few minutes stroll from the hotel
